I just installed a new Embedded box in my sign, but cannot communicate to the sign.

1. Check to make sure you connected all the cables to the embedded box correctly.

2. Make sure that the IP Address listed on the embedded box is entered correctly in the Evision program.

3. If the sign still will not communicate, use the Ping Evision program to test all radios and computers.
